Goal: Assessing market potential and consequently entering the Israeli semiconductor industry

Project description: We were asked to initially explore and assess the business potential for Maser Enegineering to provide its testing and analysis services to the semiconductor industry in Israel. We identified a good business potential for Maser Engineering – limited local facilities – and recommended to start direct marketing to possible Israeli clients, while also searching for a suitable local representative.

Results: A number of clients were acquired during the first visit. As well we introduced Maser Engineering to a local sales representative, after following a “due diligence” regarding their capabilities, network and professional reputation in the market. Maser has now an established business in Israel.
